Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Paak Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact your local post office or carrier before reaching out to us.
Incorrect Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Paak Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
